From the moment we reached out to them about possibly renting one of the properties they manage through the end of our stay in Fayetteville, the team was so responsive to any and all inquiries and concerns. The property was well-maintained and the few common issues that did arise were handled immediately and with no hassle. We were able to set up everything from rent to maintenance requests through their app, which made things so simple. Again, I wish we could have stayed. I would definitely rent one of their properties again.

Nate is the only reason why I am leaving a one star review, so if you get a different realtor you may have a different experience. From the outset Nate was indifferent to our needs and seemed only interested in selling a house. When we tried to get him to negotiate on our behalf he would reply with some excuse as to why he couldn't. In all honesty I have no faith that he actually reached out to the builder. When we viewed homes it was clear Nate did not do any research as he knew nothing about the house or the builder. The final straw is when I informed Nate that another builder was able to work with us on certain aspects of the home buying process. His answer was rude and unprofessional, telling us to go with them then. We ultimately decided to go with the other builder, DRB homes, because we got everything we wanted at the price we wanted and were treated with respect and dignity.

Every time, I've talked to another property manager it seems like there was a fee for everything. With them, it simple. Your house is rental or it's not. We shop around and I can't find better. BTW: They have never given me a minimum property management fee. Service: If you go to one of those big placed you are just a number. However, they do know who we are and treat us professionally. They are not the most tech-savvy property manager, In terms of renting the property, they've found a renter for properties and qualified them. Sometimes, it has been in very short order. In terms of maintenance, they've kept our stuff well maintained and help us to schedule maintenance versus fire-fighting. Sales: We have bought more than one house with them. Sometimes the salespeople have been busy. However, they have given us the support and flexibility to buy the house that we wanted. They've never pressured or steered us only given support. I've reviewed and compared T&C to other agencies and every time the fees schedule and occupancy leads me right back here.

Following up to make sure the cleaners/lawn guy/ contractors did their job was not done. I hardly received any phone calls on the status of my house. I always called, and more than half the time, Lawanda was not available. I don't think she cares about her job. Maybe she was swarmed with more houses than she could handle. I don't know, but I was getting the short end of the stick. So I decided to terminate them and go with Connell Real Estate in my best interest. A handful of times I had to get accounting errors fixed or explained. I didn't get an invoice on the lawn maintenance still, even tho I was told the people did cut the grass but the money wasn't taken out of the security deposit. I wish I could believe they actually cut the grass; but without an invoice, it is hard to believe. My husband went to check the house recently and the grass was about 6 inches tall. It wouldn't have hurt to check the house to check for this kind of stuff. That's your job. Advice: Make sure you meet your property manager and get a feel for the type of person/company they are before you hire them. Make sure they give quantitative evidence instead of "taking their word for it". If you find yourself calling them more than they call you, and things aren't getting accomplished, then you should probably take your business elsewhere.

We receive many compliments from our Owners and Tenants which we greatly appreciate. However, I would like to give a little prospective as an employee of Peachtree Properties. I have been happily working at Peachtree for 22 years, yes that's right 22 years. In order for an employee to continue working for the same firm for so many years that firm has to be doing something right. Firstly It is a pleasure walking into an upscale professional office building everyday. Attention to detail, Organization, consistent Standard Procedures from securing a property, listing the home, processing tenant applications, securing the lease, organizing the upkeep and repairs to the homes, consistent inspections of the properties and Professional Employees, these are just some of the reasons it is such a wonderful work environment. When employees are happy this is reflected in the daily operations and in turn ensures that a high standard is maintained. I believe this is why our Property Owners put trust in us. This is also why previous tenants upon returning to the area come back to rent from us. I hope this has given a little more insight into Peachtree Properties and the daily exceptional operations.

Probably because I left the home in better condition than when it was given to me by RealtyLink and I was able to prove the condition of the home prior to moving in. Needless to say I appreciate their diligence because it was a very frustrating process and this was the second time the landlord tried screwing me over in the townhome I was renting and Peachtree advocated on my behalf as the tenant.
