I would give this place zero stars if I could. Let's start with the front desk staff. Sandy (the…read moremain culprit) is extremely rude, has zero customer service skills, and purposely cancels appointments so you have to pay fees. She purses her big duck mouth at you and stares if you're wearing yoga pants. She made a comment to me "why are you wearing makeup for a doctor's appointment" completely unnecessary and honestly none of her business. The level of disorganization is crazy. I had an ambulatory EEG scheduled for August 3rd. I was called by Sandy July 31st and told that their only EEG tech was still out on Army reserves and that they had to reschedule me. I was rescheduled for September 7th. Just for me to get a letter in the mail a week later saying my care has been terminated for a no show appointment?? I call their office, of course I get her. She's again, extremely rude, has zero bedside manner and made up a bunch of excuses as to why they were terminating care. On top of that, every single time I have arrived for an appointment I'm waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room to be brought back for my appointment. Just so I can wait another 30 minutes in their ghetto exam room for Dr. Torzala. He is the worst doctor I've ever experienced in my life. He talks for two minutes, dismisses every concern you have, has zero bedside manner, and makes sure to remind you that he's the neurologist. I came in for dizziness and extreme presyncope, I was diagnosed with POTS by my cardiologist. He said my cardiologist is a bad doctor and has no idea what he's talking about, which is insane considering Dr. Torzala did NOTHING for me. Overall horrific care, miserable office staff, they are unorganized, you will be waiting two months for an appointment just for it to be canceled or rescheduled. I do not recommend this doctor or his horrible office staff to anyone.

If you are receiving a referral, your admin representative should be requesting outside records from the facility directly. The problem was only that the Dr explained that he didn't treat my specific neurological diagnosis (which isn't sleep related). My MS diagnosis, however, is only treated by neurologists. Then he explained that the medication I have been taking for 14 years, that has effectively relieved the symptoms, is not prescribed for my diagnosis...???... which makes it clear to me why he doesn't treat ppl with this diagnosis. His assessment was brief as he was more focused on the medication I've been taking than any other aspects of my diagnosis history. It's just as well, since his knowledge base is too limited to provide the neurological healthcare I need, but I can appreciate that he didn't have the type of ego that would have put my continuing healthcare at risk. Also, I was not charged for the visit... so I feel he respected my time as much as I appreciated his honesty. I'm disappointed that it wasn't a productive visit to address my personal healthcare needs, but other than that, I have no complaints. I give them 3 stars Bc the service was very friendly, I'm satisfied with the outcome as it was, but if they are so limited in their practice abilities, I would recommend the receptionist ask a few pointed questions before accepting new patients.

Checking in at the front desk was a joke, again no space to move, as you were backed up against a row of cheap plastic chairs with people in them. The front desk girl was less than gracious or professional making the fact that I was misinformed when it came what time to check in vs. my actual appt time, as I waited almost 2 hours to be seen, totally unacceptable. The office was dingy, cramped and uncomfortable both in regards to personal space and any sense of a sense of peace before seeing the doctor. My attitude and expectations when I finally did see the doctor were basically in the crapper due to the office environment and staff and waiting almost 2 hours. when I finally did see and meet her [the Doctor] those expectations along with my already bad attitude was not made better, as she didn't seem all that interested my neurological issues, I have MS, nor was she remotely apologetic about her staff misinforming me about my appt time, check in time, or that she was well aware that I had been waiting almost 2 hours. Maybe it's me, but in this case, I think not, this office, this staff, this Doctor were awful..
