They are saying I need a compliance visit scheduled. Why didn't they schedule that when I was there a couple months ago. Instead they scheduled an appointment for next year. Okay so I get a compliance appointment scheduled but I never received a confirmation text or email so I don't know if I actually have that appointment. So I try to call to confirm but I get no answer. So I go to the Scottsdale location and they say I do not have an appointment with them. We then realize from the previous voice mail that it's at this twilight clinic so I drive all the way over there to find out why they have my name and number and they then say oh you were referred here. So, they said they could not see me and so now I have to wait for another appointment for compliance. I don't feel like they did not care or they would have worked me in since I was already there. At least 5 minutes to meet the compliance necessary. I'm so upset and crying in my car. I can hardly put into words how I feel with this place right now. And it's not my fault since they did not send confirmation or answer their phones. I am just so emotional right now after making this long drive and now waiting forever for a new appointment.

The problem was only that the Dr explained that he didn't treat my specific neurological diagnosis (which isn't sleep related). My MS diagnosis, however, is only treated by neurologists. Then he explained that the medication I have been taking for 14 years, that has effectively relieved the symptoms, is not prescribed for my diagnosis...???... which makes it clear to me why he doesn't treat ppl with this diagnosis. His assessment was brief as he was more focused on the medication I've been taking than any other aspects of my diagnosis history. It's just as well, since his knowledge base is too limited to provide the neurological healthcare I need, but I can appreciate that he didn't have the type of ego that would have put my continuing healthcare at risk. Also, I was not charged for the visit... so I feel he respected my time as much as I appreciated his honesty. I'm disappointed that it wasn't a productive visit to address my personal healthcare needs, but other than that, I have no complaints. I give them 3 stars Bc the service was very friendly, I'm satisfied with the outcome as it was, but if they are so limited in their practice abilities, I would recommend the receptionist ask a few pointed questions before accepting new patients.

Checking in at the front desk was a joke, again no space to move, as you were backed up against a row of cheap plastic chairs with people in them. The front desk girl was less than gracious or professional making the fact that I was misinformed when it came what time to check in vs. my actual appt time, as I waited almost 2 hours to be seen, totally unacceptable. The office was dingy, cramped and uncomfortable both in regards to personal space and any sense of a sense of peace before seeing the doctor. My attitude and expectations when I finally did see the doctor were basically in the crapper due to the office environment and staff and waiting almost 2 hours. when I finally did see and meet her [the Doctor] those expectations along with my already bad attitude was not made better, as she didn't seem all that interested my neurological issues, I have MS, nor was she remotely apologetic about her staff misinforming me about my appt time, check in time, or that she was well aware that I had been waiting almost 2 hours. Maybe it's me, but in this case, I think not, this office, this staff, this Doctor were awful..
