I've been here twice and was really happy with the knowledge of my physiotherapist. However, I was…read morebeing juggled as one of three appointments. At first, I thought it was because someone called in sick but learned this is their standard practice. So while the treatment was good, I value my time enough not to sit around waiting for someone to come back or calling to me through a curtain with instructions while they treat someone else. When I asked for a less crowded appointment time the receptionist was dismissive and told me all physio offices are like this. Not true. In fact, this is the worst (3 at a go) of any of the many clinics I called and several offered dedicated appointments. So, I'm going elsewhere. Too bad, because the therapist and the location were perfect.
