But it will take them OVER A YEAR TO REPLACE A WINDOW AND THE FILM so the time will expire on your warranty. I have had Two windows break and he will not put the film back on the window he will not answer the phone for over five months. I have complained to the better business bureau so they know and if your over 60 as I am the BBB calls it elder abuse when a company screws with OLDER PEOPLE. DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL BE SCREWED. I paid over $2,000.00 to be treated like this.
