The gentleman at LA Computers was fantastic, he took the time to answer all my questions, he gave me links to order the parts myself so that I am not paying an additional mark-up for the parts, and when they come in, he will repair it. I am totally impressed thus far. When the part comes in, I will update this review. But to date, I am thrilled with them. Fair prices, excellent communication, appears to be exceedingly honest.

I went in looking for a EIDE PATA hard drive which I actually found. The sale associate which was a old bald male seemed to distracted. He kept conversating with another sales associate casually without paying any attention to me a actuall paying customer. I took my Hard drive home and it kept feezing my computer, so the next day I go to return it and the same associate attended me. I explained to him what was going on and he was quick to judge to tell me I was doing something wrong and that I would not be getting a return. He told the technitian to test it. When I went to go talk to the technitian in his work bench I saw about 40 cds with pirated software. I was in shock if I have any advise is STAY AWAY THEY SELL PIRATED PRODUCTS AND TREAT THERE CUSTOMERS LIKE CRAP AND THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR PRODUCT EVEN FOR A REPLACEMENT THIS PLACE IS BAD!
