Therefore, I knew I needed a property management company to handle those unique set of challenges in my absence. I had researched many properties management companies online in the Fort Lauderdale area. I happened to come across Icon Realty Management and Brokerage. After reading the great reviews and my conversation with Ben and finally meeting him at the property. I decided to have them manage my property. Within 2 days of Icon Realty having the property in their listings, it was rented on day 2 (two). Ben, At Icon Realty has truly been professional and responsive thought the whole process. I highly recommend Ben from Icon Management for anyone looking for a Management and Brokerage firm. DM Celebration, FL

I waited 30 Days to post this review to give Benjamin the benefit of the doubt, to give him a…read morechance to prove his word as a property management company but here is the proof that he is a SCAM artist. I believe that Icon Realty was involved in hacking my bank account. I leased an apartment in the heart of las olas/Fort Lauderdale from December 2016, from Atlantic loft llc. I agreed to pay a 2 month security deposit of $2400 as well as first, last and security (pretty standard) got my key, etcétera. After 2 different companies handling our property, ICON Realty came in January 2020 and revamped property by implementing a ***online payment service ***** aka , a way to get into your bank account. I questioned who this is and why I had to use this system to pay, not only to be replied with "It is our new system and you have to use it, you must pay rent this way or consult your attorney" As I went ahead and used it but decided to not renew my upcoming ending lease of 3/30/20. I emailed, texted and explain that I would not be renewing the lease because not only I don't trust the payment system, I had a very difficult time communicating with Benjamin (who by the way runs the whole thing). He ignored all my calls and the ones he replied, he did very rudely. I promptly moved out on schedule and handed him the keys along with my original lease agreement. He took the keys and said that He did not have a refund and I would need to wait 30 days to receive one on the mail. Now 30 days later. My bank account has been HACKED and bank investigated the multiple charges leading back to that January rent payment. I have been getting random withdrawals from different wiring entities totaling over 1k so far. Due to covid19, I can not yet file a claim in court. And the reason I am writing this is to WARN tenants and landlords about companies like this! I am attaching the refund check I just received. What a joke! See you in court.

I cannot say enough good things about Patty and Chris. From day one, Patty was incredibly kind,…read moreprofessional, and strategic. Her pricing and marketing strategy was spot-on and resulted in a full-ask offer within just three weeks of going live-during the beginning of the holiday season, no less. They hosted two open houses, coordinated numerous private showings, and executed a thoughtful marketing plan that truly worked. Patty's guidance throughout the process, from preparing the home and taking photos all the way through closing, was invaluable. Patty and Chris were both extremely supportive every step of the way and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and organized. Selling a home after 20 years of raising kids and making memories is an emotional rollercoaster, and they handled everything with care, patience, and empathy. Even after closing, they checked in on me as I relocated and recommended a moving company they've used in the past, which turned out to be a fantastic recommendation. Patty and Chris work beautifully as a team, and I truly could not imagine going through this experience with anyone else. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier, luxury-level service and genuine people who truly care about their clients.

We called and spoke to Steve Marcus about our home and our insurance needs. We then continued the conversation with his daughter Nicole and her assistant Dehilia. They were able to go through and find the perfect plan and insurance company for us and our needs. Nicole walked me through the policy and talked us through the complicated jargon of the insurance policy to make sure everything made sense to us. Dehilia was also amazing to work with, she followed up to ensure we had all of our discounts/endorsements on the policy and made sure we had all of the paperwork needed for our closing. Everyone was very communicative and friendly throughout the whole process of getting a homeowners policy and I would recommend The Marcus Group to anyone needing insurance!

If I need assistance during the week, calling needs to occur during their hours but Maryann is responsive to email. If you are looking, give them a call.
