We upgraded from a teardrop camper to this and we are so excited. We traveled for Kansas City because Harrison RV Land had some trailers for us to look at. We purchased pretty much on the spot and are glad we did. This crazy year is bringing a lot of people into the camping world and there aren't a lot of good travel trailers available. This Micro Minnie is new with as many bells and whistles as we need. It is everything we wanted and more than we ever imagined we could get in our price range. If you want a good experience and EXCELLENT customer service choose Harrison RV Land.

By wonderful fate, we stumbled upon the same model online at Harrison RV and decided to see where we could get the better deal. After contacting Steve at Harrison, he replied quickly and competitively. Without hesitation, he agreed to our offer and got everything moving quickly. Within a few days, he brought it up to us and did a very thorough and helpful walk through. As first time RVers, he made us feel totally comfortable asking questions. We feel absolutely confident contacting him at any time and utilizing their services at any time. Anyone that wants to purchase an RV should go nowhere else!!

The one star was for the finance department, Amber, and the GM, Michael. Those two are a very poor reflection on the rest of the crew in Des Moines. We have had no issues with the shop people or anyone else. I would definitely buy another camper from Andy V, but if I were you, I would search for financing and extended warranties elsewhere. There are better deals out there. I give Andy V five stars.

He said we had to put $2500 refundable deposit down JUST to get pictures! I said we don't pay for pictures but thanks anyway. He said that was okay he had another customer he was going to show it to (with no pictures??) and I said great! Less than 30 minutes later he was sending me all sorts of pictures of the unit (at least we assume it was the unit). Red flag #1. He then followed up with me several times which is fine and I said hubby wanted to keep looking but keep sending us ideas! He said "It's pretty rare to find such unit but good luck." Instead of simply saying he understood and would be happy to keep an eye out for another toy hauler that met our requirements! Red Flag #2. I responded, "Your last comment was unnecessary. We will now discontinue working with you. He responded, "No problem. Have a great day." Obviously requiring $2500 for JUST pictures is a scam. We will never work with this dealership.

In fact i will tell everyone how Dave treats people. I hope Scott the owner relaizes he lost customers over it as we wouldn't buy a damn thing from them! Sincerely, Matt and Kris

After the service, we realized they had done nothing to fix the leak. We called them, they apologized, and we agreed that they could fix it for real this fall, when we had the camper in for roof repair. Now mind you, a roof repair is a big deal, so they've had our camper a long time... Like, a month. And Scott (my husband) has confirmed with them several times that they would take care of that leak. They assured us it would be fixed. Scott went to pick the camper up on Sunday and discovered the leaky pipe STILL hadn't been touched. And since he was picking it up on Sunday, there wasn't even anyone there to talk to, because they were closed. He had to just leave it and call them on Monday... At which point the service dude basically accused him of lying, saying that they never knew about any leaky gray water line. #areyoukiddingme #whatashitshow Thanks for nothing, Plaza RV. I wouldn't wish you on my worst enemy.

We already paid them $250 for their services and they're taking out more ! The third-party tiling company was late on filing our title and we paid extra for that and extra for expediting the title, which we still do not have it's very didn't even get our license plates for two months we headed south for the winter with 15 day permit. I purchase a 2022 RV from them spending about 195 K. The initial deal and salesman Mike was great. They matched the deal from another dealer I was considering. Before I traveled the 600 miles to complete the deal, another salesman contacted me asking for pictures of my trade-in. They had someone already interested in it. I got there two hours early for my appointment to close the deal. I waited for over three and a half hours later and they dropped the value by $ 5000. The original quoted was at the low wholesale value of 30K. They said there was water damage (wrinkles in the wallpaper in the cab over) though no other signs of water damage were present. The wall was solid, no water stains, and the cab over is all fiberglass and no window in the area. The rig was also just out of storage where it had been covered. I know that wrinkled wallpaper in R.V.'s is not uncommon and not due to water. In fact, the unit they sold me had some wrinkles. They also wanted new tires on it, even though I told them before hand there was maybe one of two seasons left in them. However, I accepted the misunderstanding and agree to "split the difference" with them and accept a $2500 reduction in my trade. They counteroffered with $500. I had been there after a 600-mile trip way and over 3 and a half hours and was plain worn down, so I begrudgingly accepted the offer, knowing I would probably lose my $2500 deposit if I walked away (had seen this as an issue in some reviews). I even bought their warranty (which furthered their profit) Where I realized I had been had is when I got home my trade-in was listed as pending with a listed price at the high end of retail of 154K. So, I called and was told they sold it for much less. I know they probably negotiated the price down, but even if they honored their original price, they would have still got it for wholesale, with new tires. Also, there is not a similar unit for less than 140K nationally, and averaging 150K. I know they have to make a profit, but between what they made off the new rig and trade-in, how much should a customer give up. I realize I have no recourse other than to let others know, and certainly not do business with them again. I guess that extra 5K was worth losing a return customer that just spent 195K.
