It's also the site of the first night airmail flight in 1921. Thankfully things have been upgraded since those days of burning fuel barrels and grass landing strips. There's one baggage claim so it's easy to find your stuff, there's a little place to grab a bite called the Lincoln Highway Diner, and there are several historical displays around the terminal that are super interesting to read. If you're in a plane that's landing or taking off in this part of Nebraska you should definitely check this place out!
