However, they are receiving…read morethis 1 star review because of a lady I spoke to prior to Allie who sent me in to having a panic attack while crying hysterically, to a point to where I was having to catch my breath while crying. This lady could not have been bothered with what I had to say. She kept repeating ma'am you have been dropped over and over again and would not let me get a word in so I kept on repeating "ma'am" so she would listen and stop talking. Instead she hung up on me. I had to call over again to which she sends me onto the voicemail. That happened 10 times!!! Till finally their GM Allie picked up. To which at this point I was livid so I told her "she just fucking hung up on me" as to which she said did you cuss at her? And I'm telling you right now I have not said a cuss word up until I got an answer back. I felt like just a policy number to that one lady (unfortunately I wasn't able to get her name due to our encounter). I was not happy. She had a robotic voice just keep repeating "you have been drop". Never in my life have I been treated by a business like this to where they won't even listen to my questions or try and help me out. I'm 26 trying to figure adulting out. And she could not give me just the slightest bit of patience. She was so unprofessional.

My sister and i were Shocked. We had a pipe break And that is when we knew about the 3 thousand dollar deductible. The policies take time.to come so I did not know . ROBIN did not give us any. info. I will not remain with them. They are.not going to cover.it or negotiate a settlement.

I finally had it with the regular increases from Allstate and found better rates and excellent customer service with the Pam Leonard-Williams group. Every time I had a question or an issue they were pleasant, helpful, and always called me back right away. The rates are better here and the length of time that a previous fender-bender incident (very small!) remains on our policy is 2 years less than at Allstate! So glad I switched, just wish I did it sooner!

I first signed up here because the rate was the lowest I could find for decent coverage. However, I started noticing that every time I called for any questions or issues, I couldn't always get an answer right away or didn't receive a call back as promised. The final straw was when I received my renewal bill a few months back. Suddenly I was being charged $30/month more for no obvious reason, as I had not had any tickets, accidents or vehicle changes to cause an increase. I called to ask what was going on. The man I spoke with assured me it was because some discounts had "fallen off" my policy and he would work to get it straightened out, then call me back when it was done. I didn't receive a call back from him. I tried calling multiple times and couldn't get an answer from anyone. Finally, out of frustration I called and asked to speak with the office leader. She reviewed my file and said that the increase was actually due to "general rate hikes across the board" and had nothing to do with my discounts. I asked her what she could do to retain my business. She suggested lowering my coverage so the premium would drop. My coverage wasn't even that high to begin with. As someone who used to work in a different car insurance agency, I would never suggest someone lower their coverage as a first option. I was really surprised that's all they had to offer. They didn't really seem to concerned about my sudden rate hike. I started shopping around and found a quote with Geico. They offered me the exact same coverage I've always carried for 50 BUCKS a month LESS. Guess who's got my business now.....
