Curtis was here with 24 hours to assess the issues and made all the right recommendations to fix the damage. We had had a different company repair our lanai after the hurricane and they were a nightmare, charged way more than the work they did was worth and were just nasty when I had to chase them for MONTHS to get the work done. I wish I'd called Curtis. He was very friendly, honest and professional, scoped out everything as we walked around the house and agreed that the other company should have added a brace to secure the lanai overhang, which he offered to do for a small additional charge. He had an estimate to me later the same day that was incredibly reasonable and we agreed to the work. Given my previous experience with White, I was...let's say anxious but hopeful? This company exceeded my expectations by a mile. The very next week, his foreman Andrew did the repair and instillation work after Curtis secured all the necessary pieces. The following week, windows in and complete and the next day insulation and siding started! Entire job was completed the 1st week of July! Wow! Wow! Wow! Curtis made sure his guys had everything they needed to start and complete the job! I also need to give a significant amount of credit to Randy (highly experienced worker).
