I knew she would be great, but I was actually surprised at how helpful she was. After our first meeting, my husband and I looked at each other with "wow faces" and knew we were in the right place. My second interaction was when I scheduled a hypnotherapy session with Polly. I was hitting some creative roadblocks and experiencing self doubt. I had another wow moment when first helped me get to the root of the issue and then work through the roadblock through hypnotherapy. Polly explained all the science behind hypnotherapy and how it works, which really made the process more approachable and practical for me. Polly really listened, and helped me to drill down to exactly what paradigms and thought processes I wanted to change within myself. Literally after one session I already felt a huge shift! If you are considering trying it, don't hesitate. I have done a lot of traditional therapy and this is an excellent compliment to that. I was able to re-train my brain much more quickly and enjoyably than I ever have in traditional therapy.
