The gym has a family feel, everyone is very friendly and accommodating. They have a number of black belts, and the coaches are all highly credentialed. Matt, the owner, is an amazing human and has been training martial arts for an extremely long time. Matt is a 3rd Degree Black Belt, a Defensive Tactics Instructor, and one of the main instructors of the C4C/PJJ program, in addition to working for the fire department and swat teams. His presence and attitude travels from top down, from the coaching staff to the members, and the gym has a great vibe and friendliness to it. I'd highly recommend it!

Instead of trying to help my son work out whatever issues were going on, he left him there in time-out while he was crying, and didn't explain to him how long he would be there nor what he would need to do to get out of time -out. My son has a naturally loud voice due to some neurological issues and didn't realize he was raising his voice or being disrespectful. My son didn't want to go back to spring break due to this harsh treatment. We asked for a refund which he agreed to, and called again about it, but he never returned our call.
