Upon my return from a funeral in Germany in the month of December 2013, I was told by Immigration Canada that my Permanent Residency (PR Card) Card had expired and that I could not leave Canada again without a current PR card. Since I had to fly back to Germany to settle the estate as quickly as possible I needed help trying to obtain the card before my flight in the first week of February. I called around and found sources but none could do it in the time the PR card was required. Then I remembered that a friend of mine had had a similar problem with an expired PR card. I contacted him and he referred me to the IMMIGROUP on Danforth Ave. in Toronto. My friend told me that his daughter had used their service and that she was impressed with their professional attitude and the speed in obtaining a new PR card. I called IMMIGROUP and explained my situation. They responded by arranging a meeting the very next day and informed me of "all" the paperwork that was required to arrange for a new PR card. The paperwork required was worrisome as I felt that I might have trouble getting everything ready for our upcoming meeting. The young Lady that I was speaking with suggested that I bring all the papers I had available and they would sort through it. I met with IMMIGROUP the next day and provided the information they had requested. My file was placed on "priority" as my new PR card was required before I could leave for Germany in early February. I was assured that everything in their power would be done to have my new PR card available in time. I still worried about the situation I was in as it often takes up to 6 month to get the renewal done. Here I was pushing for a new card in less than 4 weeks. Yesterday I received a call from IMMIGROUP confirming that my new PR card had been received in their office and they would make arrangements to send it out to me. I still can't believe how quickly and efficient IMMIGROUP had worked my file and a big "THANK YOU" goes out to them for a job well done. This has taken tons of worries of my shoulders. For future immigration or citizenship affairs I will always rely on the service provided by IMMIGROUP. Thanks again IMMIGROUP for helping when nobody else could. Thank you for getting the PR card in time and saving me a lot of worries and trouble. Yours truly, Helmuth Weiss January 10/2014 read more

Bonnie Tyler who works for IMMIGroup is beyond wonderful! In dealing with the government there can be delays, no communication, and no where to go to get answers. The 1 800 line that the is given has people answering the calls that do not have access to your information so they cannot answer any of your questions, and that is after a LONG wait on the line. The first two times I submitted, did not heard back. The third time, I did and it was incomplete. They requested additional information, okay fine. Got that information, then they sent it back, and get this, requesting the same information??? Now when you have been doing this back and forth for years, it just becomes pain staking. UNTIL....Out of absolute frustration, and not knowing where to go, I googled about the issue and found IMMIGroup. I called ImmiGroup and spoke with Bonnie Tyler. I cannot say enough about her. She graciously gave her time in assisting me and getting to the closer to the finish line. Understand that this has been a long, many years, process. Without Bonnie and IMMIGroup, I would gone around in circles because I was not being told specifically how to proceed and I could not see the what needed to done until Bonnie laid her eyes and expertise on my file. I cannot put into words the sense of relief that Bonnie provided. She reviewed my filed and told me exactly what needed to be done. If she had not done that, I would still be submitting the application, and getting it returned to me. Thanks you Bonnie and IMMIGroup, I truly appreciate it!!! You are wonderful. Without doubt, I would recommend Bonnie Tyler and IMMIGroup without hesitation. read more

Immigroup is a company that helps one through all the mounting paperwork and forms, while correcting you along the way. However, their best feature is answering the telephone where live people (staff) are there to assist you when one calls for assistance. You further retain the same staff member to guide you through the entire process. I had one terrific case worker Bonnie... what a Gem! What was considered a 6 - 8 week timeline ended up being 3 weeks. 1) Answers incoming telephone call with live people 2) Very knowledgable staff whom are happy to help 3) Guidelines made clear and easier to complete, with a lot less difficulty over all Many thank you's to Bonnie Aria read more

'I was very apprehensive about sending very important, original family documents overseas to renew my UK passport. So when I found Immigroup was able to help me with what seemed to be a daunting process, I was comforted and felt very confident they were in safe hands. Bonnie was courteous, personal and very professional and fully understood what was needed to process my application. I didn't feel like a 'number' she had to deal with. Even when I had a bit of a glitch she was there to guide me and monitor the progress. I received all my original documents and my passport in good time from the time I submitted the application. Thank you Immigroup!' A. Peters read more

When I set out to apply for Canadian citizenship, I thought it may be a long, arduous endeavor. Sean Hale, at Immigroup, was such a great asset in the process. His responses to my questions were very quick. He was most helpful with suggestions. He made the whole process quick and seamless. When all my papers were submitted, he reviewed them and forwarded them on to immigration that day. That's what I call exemplary service. Well done. Highly, highly recommend!! read more

Immigroup is doing good in immigration industry. In this phase, wehre there are so mnay scam or fraud agents exist in the travelling industy. And its very difficult for nayone to decide whichone to chooce for case processing. They are delivering thier services in such a way that the people are commenting about them in differetn occasions. Although I didn't experiecne this compnay uptill now yet I heard a lot of positive things from my firennds, couleugues. read more

My application for a UK passport was pretty straightforward, but give credit to Bonnie for maintaining a highly professional website and giving me detailed instructions on how to fill out the application. I sent all the paperwork to Immigroup for a final review, and afterwards it was forwarded to the UK passport office on May 1st. Ten days later my passport was approved by the UK government and dispatched back to me. Amazingly fast! Thanks Bonnie! read more

Bonnie at Immigroup was extremely helpful throughout my UK passport and PR renewal and finally my Canadian Citizenship to completion. I could rest assured that I was in good hands and did not have to worry about the processes if I had attempted in completing the forms myself so see the value in using a professional who is helpful and shows attention to detail with good follow up/updates throughout the whole process. read more

It was expensive but I was very happy with the help I received. Thank you Bonnie.ext 304 You made me laugh when I was having difficulty faxing a photo, and having to go to our local garage to get someone to photograph it and send it in, as I only have a land line. My mum in Ireland turns 95 this spring and she would also like to thank you. I go to see her every year and thought that there might be a delay. read more

My wife and I both applied for Nexus on the same date but at our offices. I used Immigroup and paid over $225 for the "expedited" processing only to go home and find out my wife paid only $50. Come to find out Immigroup is borderline illegal which offers a service. Over $175 more than it should be and my wife got "conditionally approved" before me. DO NOT USE. If you pay over $50 you are on WRONG SITE. read more
