I had to go to the ER yesterday due to shortness of breath, yadda yadda. It was nothing, but better safe than sorry I guess. The ER was disorganized and it was clearly understaffed- BUT, the people who worked there were kind, helpful and smart. In my opinion, if the staff can at least make a patient smile despite being under duress, that's a good hospital. It took a long time to get my results, but I was checked on and treated like a person- not a burden. Shout out to Laura (I think this was her name- doctor with short blonde hair!) and Steve who were keeping the ED held down! The staff is courteous, efficient, pleasant. I was always told what would happen next. I was here on a Monday as a walk-in. I was given a wait time of 90 minutes. The "paper work" arrived on my mobile phone which I completed. Rather than wait there, the check-in person would call me about 15 minutes before my waiting-list opening. After I got home, I was called and given a firm appointment time. The labs were quick. Saw the Doc. Rx was called in to my pharmacy. My Rx was ready for pick-up before I got home. I have used them virtually through the Solv app. It is very user friendly and medical provided is just as friendly and kind. After visit's medication is sent to your preferred pharmacy.
