Then we saw Robertsdale Urgent Care on-line and it is 20 minutes from our home and after 4 visits in a year we have never waited more than 25 minutes to receive excellent care from Ms Amy and her caring and knowledgeable staff. I arrived at 8:30am with my son. Put into room at 9:05. The NP did the physical at 9:10 finished by 9:30 and at 10:am we were still sitting in the exam room waiting for the doctor to sign off on it. I was told I could leave and they would call me and I could drive all the way back to pick up the paperwork. In conclusion my recommendation is do not schedule a sports physical at this business for your kids. I am definitely removing it from use by any of my military personnel families. Our primary physician was booked up. So we decided to give this place a try. That was a terrible decision.
