I have a kindergartner and a 2nd grader at Immanuel Christian School. From the first time we walked into the school 4 years ago we have felt at home. It was refreshing to receive such a loving welcome from a school. The faculty and staff are genuinely friendly and loving, putting our children's needs first. It is a safe and nurturing environment that promotes a child's growth; mentally, physically and spiritually. All faculty are highly trained and certified educators and have many years of experience. They are currently bringing in additional STEM focused technologies and curriculum which is instrumental in today's world. ICS has financial assistance options for those who need it. We are blessed to be able to make this investment in our children's future. I strongly and wholeheartedly recommend ICS to my friends, family and neighbors. read more

Immanuel Christian School has motivated and challenged my son academically and has brought out the best in him spiritually and athletically as well. The teacher to student ratio is perfect which is what we look for in a private school. Immanuel's rules, regulations and structure are shaping a responsible generation and the Christian curriculum they follow just takes a child's overall education to a different level. The teacher turnover rate is incredibly low which tells me that they love their job and in turn, love their students--our children. We are a Catholic family and have never felt out of place at Immanuel Christian School; everyone is welcomed here. We live closer to at least five other private schools but I literally drive the extra miles to Immanuel daily because of its reputation and quality of education. read more

I've coached football & basketball at ICS Warriors for past 11 years & It's been a blessing & joy coaching a lot of outstanding athletes. I've really enjoyed the friends I've made with a lot of ICS Warriors families during my coaching career at ICS. It's been a blessing to coach all the young men in football & basketball, but it's been a big blessing to see how they've grown in their faith & love for Jesus. My wife taught 2nd grade at ICS for couple years, then served as Librarian Aid & then became ICS Librarian few years ago. Our youngest son Cory started attending ICS in Pre-K & attended ICS for 14 years & graduated in biggest graduation class at ICS in 2014. So ICS has a special place in my heart, my wife Debra & our son Cory. God Bless ICS Warriors! Coach Tom Walker ICS read more

I am a parent of three students at ICS, 2 who have graduated and have gone on to successful adulthood. My third is currently in middle school. The opportunities, in my opinion, are more for the students here because it's a small school. Those who play athletics will probably get a chance to have more one on one coaching and able to play more. The teacher to student ration is 14 to 1 on average, far smaller than public schools. And when a student is having any difficulty at all, the teachers either talk to find out the heart of the matter, or get together to make a plan to help them get where they need to be. The small school is not for everyone, and there is no such thing a perfect school; but I have never regretted bringing my children here, not for one second! read more

What a beautiful school! I am beyond blessed to be able to work in an educational institution where we can pray, seek Jesus, read our Bibles, and worship the Lord! What an amazing opportunity to join God's work in educating and reaching a generation of young people for Him. This cannot be done in every school and I'm grateful for the opportunity I have here. Not only is there a strong spiritual emphasis, but also the academic as well. The school provides for a safe and family environment among the students, parents, and staff. We strive to raise up responsible, intelligent, respectful, and godly young men and woman who will make a difference in their community and in their future. Praise the Lord for Immanuel Christian School! read more

Our family has called Immanuel Christian School home for 3 years now and we plan to stay! ICS came highly recommended from our child's previous school that at the time only went up to 3rd grade. We were welcomed into this school right away from parents, teachers and even the principle who made it a point to learn our names and says hi to each family individually. We like the athletic opportunities, the curriculum, but mostly that our children are prayed for and taught the Word while in school. Immanuel is traditional and has good structure/organization and yet they are also looking at ways to be innovative and bring new STEM and other programs to the students. read more

My daughter is an example of what an ICS education can do. She started in the 3 year old class and became a proud graduate. Immanuel prepared her academically for UTEP. Many of her professors immediately recognized that she came from a private Christian school because she knew how to study, listen, write, take notes, and excel. She ended up graduating from UTEP magna cum laude with a Business Degree in Human Resources. She is currently working as a payroll processor and is working her way up. Immanuel also taught her to stay true to her Christian roots despite how the world thinks and reacts. She lives to please God. I am so thankful for Immanuel! read more

I have been part of the Immanuel family for over 20 years... first, as a student, then as a parent, and now as part of the faculty. I absolutely love everything about Immanuel. The teachers truly care about the children and I know my own child is receiving the best education. Once, I pulled my daughter out of Immanuel to try a "cheaper" school that was closer to home. She lasted only 3 months at this other school. I was so disappointed in the staff and quality of education. The following year, I had her right back at Immanuel. Now that my youngest is ready for school, there isn't even a hesitation as to where we want her to attend. read more

It is a great school. It has a solid level of education with teachers that are well prepared in their subjects. Several of them with experience in public schools and with master degrees. One of the key features is the amazing environment throughout the school. ICS handles with professionalism, but with an amazing family and care environment. All students are treated with love and respect from administrators to educators. If you are looking for a change in education where your students can blossom Physically, mentally, and with solid spiritual foundations ICS is a solid choice. read more

As the parent of an ICS Alumnus, having our child in a Private Christian School setting was the best decision. He was well prepared academically and spiritually when he graduated. God provided many doors for him to continue his higher education and we saw how the rigorous academics at ICS prepared him for his next journey. I truly believe that our children's spiritual upbringing begins at home, but it was blessing and comfort knowing that we also had the support of our ICS Family to serve as another support system in his life. read more

I attended Immanuel from 8th-12th grade and loved it. They gave me a quality, Christ-centred education. They enabled me to play the sports I loved. They enabled me to grow closer to my Saviour. And finally, they gave me friends that I still have to this day. The teachers genuinely care about you (I still keep in touch with some to this very day), they want you to succeed. 100% recommend! read more

It was a pleasure to visit Immanuel. The students, faculty and staff are very attentive and courteous. There is a strong sense of pride throughout the hallways and one cannot overlook the students school spirit as they wear their yellow and blue uniforms. The campus is inviting and feels more like a home than a school. read more
