Attended Immanuel Baptist Church (IBC) this morning while visiting from AZ. IBC was friendly and helpful but more importantly preached the Gospel. It was evident that the congregation loved their church AND their pastor. The pastor was humble but preached with authority as he shared Biblical truths. My reason for attending IBC was when I passed by Wednesday night the IBC campus was alive with activity. The youth and children departments appear to be thriving. IBC is obviously in a growth mode and if I lived here it would be one of the places I'd call home. read more

A church where you will be feasting on solid, biblical truth taught from a pastor who walks what he talks. Each year a new book of the Bible is prayerfully selected to dive into as a church family on Sunday mornings, and Pastor Georges ends with personal application which is so impactful for growth and contemplation. This is my home, that is what makes it special. I was born again on the alter of Immanuel because a preacher spoke the truth from the Word of God and those standards still stand today with an amazing Pastor and a family of believers to help. We step up when no one else does, preach the truth when no one else does, and follow Jesus even when no one else does. I went to this church two times. The second time I went was near the 4th of July where the Pastor bashed the President continuously because of what he called the war against Christians.The Pastor of this church likes to use the pulpit as a message for political rants and I didn't appreciate that at all. People go to church to learn more about the Word of God, not to hear about politics. We get enough of this on CNN and Foxnews. Because of this, I don't recommend this church. read more
