I understand that people have different experiences. What might be a great encounter for one person may be a totally different occurrence for the next person. Iman and Associates has done my taxes for over 10 years and about two years ago started doing my daughter's taxes (who I can no longer claim as a dependent) and who was pleasantly surprised about the service she received. It's probably likely that if for some reason they are not able to work on a particular document efficiently or effectively, it's possible that they may refer out to a source that can help to provide for those specific needs...or simply let you know they are unable to assist with what you need to have done. That's being morally honest and shows integrity to their brand, but that's just my opinion. By the way, I am a real UNPAID customer. When you find something you like, you stick with it. read more
