They'll greet you with a smile, ask how you're doing, and casually tell you that you look like a famous actor. No promises on which actor...but hey, a compliment is a compliment! I've been coming here for six years, and the improvement in my allergies and asthma has been huge. They truly care about your long-term health, not just quick fixes. Skip an appointment or try to dodge your allergy shots, and they'll absolutely get on you like a caring parent reminding you to take your vitamins. It makes you feel like they are genuinely invested in your well-being. Friendly, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable. My asthma was getting worse so I did some research and came across Dr Waldman. He had so much experience and accreditation under his belt that I was felt confident he could help me. The consultation determined that they retest me for allergies. After my tests (which were seperate appointments), I sat in with the doctor and he went over my medical history and test in detail. He literally has a WALL of certifications and is a well of knowledge. He knows the Coachella Valley, how the environment affects allergies and how to manage it. I believe Dr Waldman also manages the valleys pollen count. Anyhow, I get my injections weekly. He gave me a tip on taking my cingular and claritin at the same time and that little tweek has made a world of a difference for me!!! Theyre whole staff is great! Very personable and friendly. Very knowledgeable. OH and Covid is definitely serious business to them. Social distancing , masks , sanitizing, temp checks... All that. I mean they even have a little thingamabonbber that they put the sign in pen through to santize it after each use! Highly recommend Dr. Waldman. He is a private practice and is local to the valley. Then I called the manager Mellisa July 9th 8:36 am- per the instructions by the staff to discuss it and it was sent to debt collections without receiving a response from Melissa. I also never got a bill for the second visit- you can guess where that was about to go. I canceled the third visit. I'll never go back. These people are terrible. No one called back. Beyond upset.
