The gallery itself is in a charming, cabin-like structure, and the surrounding grounds contain surprises at every turn, including oversized wood lampshades hanging from the trees, and spectral whitewashed figures congregated in a gazebo. Very rude young girl would not exchange a gift of some earings that they can %100 tell were purchased there. They have numerous of exactly the same thing but she said they have no way of knowing how much they cost. I called several times this morning B4 heading over there on the bus but no answer. Their return policy is not listed anywhere I could find. She said it is posted in the store & not her fault their phone doesn't work, that they don't list their return policy online & not sure what I expect her to do. I just wanted store credit for an item only costing $18, they would be getting a pricier item back. She refused & I asked her to call the owner & she sd no answer. I will never shop there again. So rude! Who asks for a receipt when receiving a gift? I don't & have never had a problem returning a Xmas gift for store credit B4 in my life. I cannot believe they can't figure out their own pricing!

But on my birthday August 2023 I treated myself to a reproduction horse statue that I later realised I was way overcharged for, as in, I paid $250 and the item is all over ebay for as low as $30. I won't go back there and gave the item away as I didn't even want to look at it anymore. I had regrets at the time even for paying so much for an item I couldn't afford, but now realising I can't even sell it and get my money back is a real disapointment.
