Kathy took the time to answer every question patiently and thoroughly, which really put my mind at ease. I honestly don't understand some of the negative reviews. From our experience, she has a great personality, is clearly passionate about what she does, and genuinely cares about giving families the best possible experience. She took her time to get the perfect images of our baby and made the appointment feel special rather than rushed. And the deposit policy is clearly listed on her website under FAQs, and every business has to put policies in place for their protection, too. She was also incredibly accommodating by fitting us in at the last minute so we could confirm our baby's gender before our gender reveal party. She even let us pop confetti in the ultrasound room to celebrate, even though she had to clean it up afterward! Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend Innerview Ultrasound to anyone looking for a special opportunity to see their baby. She was unneccesarily harse. She made no attempts to make me more comfortable. I know the movement was from my breathing. They wrote on the report that she kept reminding me not to move. Also that the images were less than desired due to my claustrophobia. I was not claustrophobic, or nervous at the start...........I recently had a cardiac MRI, at St Luke's in a closed MRI, & it was a much much better experience. The technician took the time to make me feel better. I asked her about the breathing & movement. She said she would let me know when to take a deep breathe, hold it, & then release it. It was a a series of these & she got perfect pictures. Shame on the technician at Allentown Dx Imaging! Also, the report was limited, & I feel did not detect as accurate result.

To say we are a little addicted to these sessions is a bit of an understatement. My daughter is pregnant with my first grandchild, due in January 2022. She first did bloodwoork here to find out the gender of her baby (It's a BOY!!). Then we (me, my daughter, her bf and his mom) went for the first ultrasound pics of baby - INCREDIBLE!! We got to see him moving, we saw him in 2D then 3/4D, and listened to his heartbeat. We did the package where my daughter chose 3 photos and bought the thumb drive with all of the photos/heartbeat/etc. After that we were hooked. I usually have them done at either Jefferson Hospital or Penn in the city, which both tend to be a bit straight to the point and lack any type of personal interaction, but not at this location! Marissa(I know that's not right, but it's close) who does insurance/front desk was literally the nicest and most genuine person I've met in awhile, great conversation and she answered all my questions - I tend to become a chatter box when I'm nervous haha. I literally only needed to wait 2 minutes and I was already being seen by Lori, who was super professional, compassionate, explained every step of the way and answered all my "dumb" questions. Marissa(to be fair she butchered my name too haha) and Lori made this unwanted/stressful visit quick,easy and painless. You guys a rock stars and deserve so much praise(maybe a raise too!)for being great people and awesome employees.
