She was in the middle of refurbishing the other half of her upstairs and the after photos she posted on her Instagram look great for your future shoot. She did amazing work photographing my daughter's first birthday party this summer as well as a cake smash and family session. She is so patient and gentle and takes her time to make sure everyone around her is comfortable and happy! And the photos were beyond amazing! We very recently had the pleasure of being photographed by Ana again for a family Christmas "mini session" at a tree farm. We had so much fun and created beautiful memories that we will cherish forever. My daughter is usually very shy but she warmed up to Ana very quickly and had a blast! I would highly recommend the mini sessions for fall/holiday memories and a quick fun time with family or friends!

We were hoping to get photos done before our son's 1st birthday and she was able to provide us with a great date/time option. We really lucked out. On the day of our shoot we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The drive to the studio was beautiful and worth it - we drove from over 30 minutes away. The studio was immaculate and ready to go for our time together. Her prep email was extremely detail oriented and let us know exactly what to expect. Once there we could easily see the setups and there was a perfect place for us to finish getting ready. Even though we brought most of our outfits she also offered an additional one for us to use and it photographed so lovely. Lastly, the cake smash session was literally the icing on the cake. She has a wonderful referral that made the most beautiful cake for us. Our custom banner was EXACTLY what we were looking for in terms of colors and vibe. She got our son to warm up, have fun, and capture his personality. Melissa's patience, professionalism, strong communication via email/text, and warmth was much appreciated as first time parents for our first shoot. We look forward to working with her again in the future!

Kat Loughery Photography made my wedding day incredibly memorable from start to finish!! Kat and I…read morehad numerous discussions about my vision and she even met with me at our first look spot to fully embrace what I wanted captured! Communication was easy whether it was through email that included a bunch of questions or a simple text message asking for feedback or an opinion. As soon as we solidified that we would be using Kat's services I was able to share my pinterest board with her and she continued to check in on what ideas I continued to pin. On the day of our wedding she pulled out a binder full of all the photos I had pinned. I loved that she was always on top of it! I booked Kat with two other photographers for around 8 hours of service. Within my package it also included an extra mini photo shoot. I asked Kat to do a secret boudoir shoot with me and although not part of her normal requests she accepted with ease! She made me feel so comfortable during that shoot and created a small album I was able to gift to my husband on the morning of our wedding! It was incredibly special and made me feel confident and sexy to gift to my husband! On the day of the wedding, all three photographers showed up on time and began shooting in the hotel rooms, capturing the little details of my jewelry and personalized champagne flutes. They captured candid moments between my bridesmaids and I and especially with my mom. My mom is such a strong woman and when she gets emotional it is usually a big deal. Kat and her team did not miss a beat and captured those moments for me to look back on! Throughout the day of our wedding, Kat's team was with us every step making each moment continuously special. They froze on the rocks at Lighthouse Point Beach so my husband and I could capture a unique first look experience. We all may have been cold, but I will NEVER forget the memories of all of us laughing together pushing through the chills (and tears!). During some group shots on the carousel they laughed with us during an injury that happened to one of the horses feet! Complete accident, but made for a story to tell in the long run. The ceremony was captured in just the way I asked including accommodating the hard shot of being behind my mom, step father and I to get the shot before we walked out. The reception photos were endless of our guests and my husband and I interacting with family and friends. They captured such FUN memories and even a romantic moment of my husband and I embraced in the love of the day slow dancing with everyone else on the dance floor. Not to mention there may have been a lift or two throughout some of the song choices! By the end of the night I asked what Kat and her team what they were still doing there and they said they were having so much fun! It truly made my night! To this day, Kat still answers my texts and will send any requests I may have whether it's a photo turned from black and white back to color or just simply a quick edit. Thank you SO much for everything and making our greatest day of our lives that much more special!

We had a very intimate outdoor wedding at our home in Richmond,Massachusetts. Unfortunately,Due to the pandemic, we had to downsize our wedding with loved ones from many time zones to 3 people. Edward was more than willing to honor his commitment to be our photographer with the social distancing mitigations. We were so impressed with his enthusiasm to be our photographer with such unusual circumstances! His flexibility and ability to adapt to meet our needs meant the world to us! My husband and I are both rather camera shy and he made us feel more than comfortable And confident. He played and interacted with our beloved dog Benjamin with such joy. And he visited with my mother on and off for 2 hours as she could only attend the wedding threw FaceTime.Thats just above and beyond! Edward is someone that is very present and positive. I felt so at ease and felt free to be myself. Weddings are so emotional and can cause anxiety .....Edward's presence only helps couples to feel safe, centered, open and intimate. I don't know how to express how unbelievably positive, professional, and personal our experience was. The photos have not only met, but exceeded my expectations. He captured so many beautiful moments on the most important day of our life... He was able to read our energy and hold space for us to have those happy tears of joy and still managed to capture all of this threw photographs....that is both talent and a refined skill that only comes from many years of experience! We are so grateful to have found such an outstanding, highly reputable photographer. We have already booked him for our wedding celebration that was postponed due to covid! I'm so thrilled to have found this extraordinary Photographer! I highly recommend Edward Acker for any important event that you want photographed in a light filled way! Chrissy is among the best, and her work is worth much more than she charges. Seeing Chrissy's past work, our bar was set pretty high.
