I was told by the woman helping me that my proof would be emailed to me by the middle of the next week. I generally consider Wednesday as the middle of the week, but wasn't really expecting anything until Thursday afternoon. Come Thursday, I decide to go ahead and email the woman that had helped me, just to check on it's progress, and was told that I would have it no later than the next day. I send another email on Friday checking on the progress, and never got a response. I email again Monday morning when I get back to the office, and nothing again. By the afternoon, I decide to call. The phone is answered by the woman that had been "helping" me. I told her my name, and she said she was sorry about not getting back to my email that morning. Also, apparently all of the designers were out that day, so it would be at least another day before I even heard anything on the status of my proof. The woman told me that she would personally call me in the morning after she talked to the designer who had my order. No call. I call back Tuesday afternoon and first talk to the woman, and ask her to talk to the designer, who is then very unprofessional and even rude to me, basically telling me that I'll get it when I get it. I'm still waiting on my proof. I wouldn't be so upset if they had given me a more accurate time frame, or even just been nicer about pushing it back so far. I will not be going back to Signs Now and I strongly advise against anyone else going.
