He said the only thing we can do is reschedule. How can we reschedule when we don't live in Florida? He never even stated any terms and conditions, we never signed any contract. This is shady business practice and even airlines are not as stubborn and you can work it out with them, but not this guy. He basically stole $175 because he wants to make his money no matter what.
