We waited no one showed! I called within that same hour asking if someone was on the way because we were waiting. Becky said she will send someone but couldn't give me a time. Who does that! She didn't even have the courtesy of telling me why no one showed! I ask if she can't give me a time can the tech call at least 15 mins before they arrive. No one showed! No one called! I called the next day to see why no one showed or called. Becky gets on the phone screaming, yelling, and acting very hostile stating they came out 4 times and wouldn't allow me to get a word in! Who actually comes out 4 times and do not bother to pick the phone up once! LIES! We were there and waiting! I ask to speak with the manager and conveniently no one was around! Horrible experience! If you need immediate assistance you'll be very disappointed! I'm beyond disappointed in their service and mistreatment!

Although I did receive the service charge quote from others, Scott Griffith of Xtreme Mechanical actually gave me the best idea of what I might expect to pay on an hourly basis (though I understand that quoting specifics of a job really have to be done in person and not over the phone). And he was the only one who committed to an early schedule while others could not because they had no access to their dispatch calendar at the time. I think that as service manager, this gave Scott an advantage to make that decision and I'm grateful he did so. He was able to address all the possible factors and ultimately resolved the problem after first making sure by thorough testing that it was indeed fixed. We have a warm home again! I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

All I can really say is WOW!…read more All in 1 handyman absolutely crushed the job my company just had them work on. We have a home in Decatur that got pretty messed up with water damage, and mold. We were unsure what to do with it. We got quite a few bids to make repairs and all in 1 handyman's bid was the best by far. It took a while for us to pull the trigger , so I really appreciated his patience. It was a big job, and not only did he finish it very quickly, in 4 days, but he was more thorough than expected. Of course he replaced drywall and did some flooring repairs, but he chose a really nice color and painted the entire floor, changed out outlet plugs, repainted the cabinets, installed new ceiling lights, and more. I work with a lot of vendors across the United States, and honestly this is the first time I've ever seen the final results and been truly blown away. I highly recommend calling all in 1 for any needs you have. He will be the first person I call next time
