The facial was by far the worst I ever had. It ended up being a head, shoulder and arm massage with different locations I asked her about steam, extractions and exfoliation and she said she don't have steam or a tool for extractions She was very young and very weak and should not be doing massages. She was sweet and kind so I didn't walk out on her like I should have. To top it off it was upstairs in a Hot Room so very uncomfortable. I spoke to the manager which turned out to be a waste of time. Definitely felt like their facials are misrepresented.

I cannot rave enough about Cassie and her amazing work. I beyond love my permanent makeup and will continue going to her for any of my permanent makeup needs. Since my last visit they had changed things around. Instead of a calm darkened room, we were placed in a very well lit room. The door was left open so we could see people looking in as they walked by. The chairs were ok but not extremely comfortable (no recline or massage options). They used a pedicure bowl instead of having a foot tub like other places I had been. The ambiance was definitely lacking and not the relaxing experience I had hoped for. The lady that did my pedicure was rough on my feet. When she as using the sugar scrub and some of the other products I could see my feet turning red. My friend seemed to enjoy her pedicure more than I did so it might have just been my luck. Overall I would say try somewhere else. There are better options in the area.

Finding a rare gem like Kaho...I hit the jackpot (I'm from Vegas so the saying fits). I went to Kaho twice and will go to her again should my stay be extended. From start to finish Kaho made sure I was comfortable and I always left her place feeling the prettiest! In such a sleepy town like Augusta, Kaho is a rarity! I would recommend her times a hundred! Not only did she do an exceptional job with my lashes, the quality behind her work is really impressive! There was no rush, she took her time and my lashes always came out just the way I expected. If you're in Augusta and are in the market for lash extensions or micro blading services. Kaho is your girl! Thanks Kaho!

I had my lashes done yesterday and I made the lash person aware both on my form I filled out online…read morewhen booking, and in person when I showed up that the last time I had lashes done- 8 years previously that , I had a classic set put on, and they only lasted about a week before they started falling out. & I didn't know if that was because i had oily lashes or what? But So I wanted fuller this time. My lash appointment when great but when I left I noticed that when I blinked it was scratching my eyes. I went to run errands - mall, nails done, returns to target and at one point someone commented I had lashes on my face. I looked in a mirror and sure enough/ I had five lashes on my face. Then I got home around 9 pm and I was sitting talking to my husband and he said I had lashes coming off my lashes and so again I looked at a mirror and a bunch more had fallen out and were on my shirt, cheek, and also just sitting like on my natural lashes but all wonky. By the time I went to bed at midnight half of my lashes were missing. And my eyes hurt soo bad from the scratching every time I closed them or blinked. They were blood shot and watering. I contacted the last place first thing this morning and told them what happened and showed them pictures. I leave for hawaii today and honestly do not want a refill done- not from the same lash artist as before- my eyes hurt so bad. And their response was that they had been doing lashes for 13 years and never had this happen before and that I didn't inform her I had oily eyelids or she would have suggested a tin & lash lift instead but she would not refund. She said I could come back in after hawaii for a lash tint ( which costs $30 and my extensions cost $150). But she would refund. The issue is I not only told her at my appointment that my last lashes only lasted a week but I put that info on the form as well. And said it might be from oily lash lids ( I don't really know if I have oily lash lids or not, I am assuming I do because my first set 8 years ago fell out only after a week). And I KNOW oil breaks down glue. So that was my only conclusion. But second: they didn't fall out the day I had them and they didn't hurt like these did. These fell out in less than 7 hours. And my eyes were red and scratched from the lashes being so close to my eyeball She said she won't do a refund only a lash liftint I don't want a lash tint that only costs $30- I want a refund for the $150 I spent. And I am not one to ever ever complain- I hate confrontation- I hate when people are upset with me. I don't even complain when there is a hair in my food at a restaurant. But this caused my eyes to hurt so badly and they fell out within 7 hours and I spent soo much money on them. I would like a refund-

Ranie did my hair, which was in dire need of help. I had platinum on some parts, which is very fragile, and a mess of repeatedly badly dyed roots and natural regrowth. I was really expecting the color correction to be a nightmare. Ranie helped me achieve a more put together look. She pulled a more natural color in some parts to blend my roots. She very carefully added bleach to some of my roots so it wasn't a straight root line like before. She was careful to not re-bleach the already bleached areas, which is something my last hair colorist didn't do. She did a great job with the tone too. Ranie is so sweet and she is nice to talk to while you get your services done. She's always going to classes and learning new techniques. Her prices are very affordable - I think she should charge more honestly!! Sara did my pedicure a couple days later, since I made an appointment with her while my hair was being done. My feet needed some love with the dry Idaho air, and she fixed me right up. She doesn't use one of the huge pedicure chairs with the foot sink, so it's a lot more sanitary. She has disposable inserts for her foot spa, and you still get the nice warm bubbly water but without a million other people's germs. The pedicure was nice and relaxing, and she is very gentle with cuticle removal etc (I've had some people dig at me til I want to cry). Sara is also very sweet and friendly, so it's a very good experience. I don't live in town, but I will go back when I'm visiting for sure!
