We headed out to find this elusive place, which we easily missed as it is in a quiet side street, with a small obscure sign. After descending the stairs, we were surprised at how large the restaurant was. We were seated next to the original wine cellar dating back to the 1400's!
We ordered the Carpaccio di Salmone, Tagliatelle al Ragout Bolognese (of course), Tagliata di Manzo alla Brace, and a bottle of Montefalco Rosso for lunch. Everything was delicious and we couldn't have been happier to have eaten here. Although this restaurant is deemed four € signs, it really wasn't expensive at all.
On the way out, we looked around the area of the entrance and were pleasantly surprised to see a wall of photos of all the celebrities who dined here - including Mariah Carey, Angelina Jolie, etc and a bunch of Italian celebs too!
