The door to the room did not block any noise, and we could hear every conversation outside and every time another guest in our hall entered/left their rooms. Luckily there were not many other guests and they were mostly quiet. Included breakfast was good, with fruit (canned peaches and pineapple), sweet fruit juices, bottled water, hard boiled eggs, tasty pastries, pie, coffee cake, coffee/cappuccino machine. Inside the restaurant there's a living tree, very cool. The location is a little out of the way from the touristy areas of Rome, but it's nearby the Ciampino airport which is why we stayed here for a night.

The room includes multiple spaces for luggage and unpacking clothes. The journey by taxi to the hotel from Roma Termini was about 30 minutes around 1750 (eur 25) and to FCO Airport 22 minutes around 0700 (eur 50). One item to know is that the bathroom door is translucent glass. An early riser could disturb a late riser. I ate the breakfast (EUR 14 or included in the rate), and it was very good. We found a pleasant bar 10 minutes walk from the hotel, Giovarruscio Ennio, V.le Città d'Europa, 837. The aperitivo snacks are good. We drank Negroni (10) and Campari with soda (6). Another 5 minutes further is Bistrot 4.5, Via Amsterdam, 140, for a pleasant dinner. These are good places to know if you want to get out of the hotel. , We recommend this hotel, and we would stay here again.

Continental breakfast was pretty good. Their eggs were among the best I've ever tasted in my life. Must've been super fresh right from the farm. The staff was pleasant, and everything was clean. The hotel is about 25 euro taxi ride from the city (it is in an industrial part of the city) 3. Breakfast was only ok I was there for work, so location didn't bother me. I wouldn't recommend it for tourists.
