The owners and operators are all from the area of Italy called Regio Calabria basically south of Naples and north of Sicily. The all speak German, English, and Italian of course. The food was good and I ordered a plate of Bruschetta and when it arrived I was astonished that I couldn't even see the plate with all the ripe tomato's on top. The oregano is from Calabria hand picked when they go back to visit each August I assume. I also had a plate of pasta with meat sauce that was good but as normal in the north, a bit thin yet still very tasty. The restaurant was full with what seemed like locals who also seemed to really like the place. Outside is a small river or really large stream that is fun to watch. I say Give it a try since it really is the only nice Italian restaurant in the town. For the record I saw what looked like a pizza place nearby but it didn't look like it was open or in business. read more
