My wife and I shared a duck (which is rare) Kara ramen, or spicy duck ramen. I'm not a ramen expert but it's delicious. Not too many ramen places offers duck or beef as an option. I would rate this place as 1a to my other favorite ramen place, Umaido in Atlanta and Totto ramen in NY.
