My 6 year old is terrified of dogs and the owner had his dog loose in the store band my son was being difficult and wouldn't even get out of my car because there was a dog in the store. The owner was nice enough to put the dog up an come out to the parking lot to let my sob and I know that the dog was friendly but he had put him in the bathroom. Then after going in and looking around the owner asked what fish I have in my tank and based on what I already have recommended in a non pushy way what would do well. He let my kids feed a very large tang which they loved. Also I have a new Lionfish that I haven't been able to get to eat and he said possibly krill would work but said that another shop in the area might have ghost shimp. I ended up getting a dragon wrasse and some krill. The dragon wrasse is acclimating well and he was right, my Lionfish fed on the krill. I will be a repeat customer.
