The contract states that if you are not home, they just leave the products with someone. If they cannot deliver, then you cannot ask for a refund because none will be given. They also don't let you choose your delivery day or time. So a customer is expected to stay home and wait for their products to arrive for a period of one week. If you live alone like me, and you work remotely, you can't accept the items since customers are required to inspect the delivery items for damage. Failure to do so results in not getting an exchange or a return. The delivery company called "Horoz" is also quite a horror, no one speaks English and their customer service was a bit rude.
