We started by sharing a classic flammakueche (tarte flambée), followed by a Choucroute flammakueche (sauerkraut tarte flambée). My main dishes was Surlawerla; beef liver cooked in wine, accompanied by Spätzle, an Alsatian noodle, AMAZING!! They had Waedela; a braised porc shank, and a Truite au Riesling (trout), both excellent. If you are in the area make time for this place!
