I first met Stacia in 2018 when I began searching for a home but ultimately decided to continue…read morerenting. Even then, the experience was excellent. Since that time, she has also helped a close friend of mine buy and sell two homes, so when I was finally ready to purchase my first home this spring, contacting Stacia was an easy decision. It's been difficult not to write a novel about how exceptional she is as a real estate agent, so I've narrowed it down to a few of the qualities that stood out most: * Extremely knowledgeable and experienced across DFW. We searched everywhere from Plano to East Dallas to Oak Cliff, and she always had valuable insight into each area. * Highly responsive and quick to communicate. * Clear, direct, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. * Always thinking beyond the immediate purchase--considering future resale value, family growth, neighborhood trends, and long-term pros and cons. * An excellent negotiator who consistently advocated for my best interests. * Possesses a deeper technical understanding of homes and construction than many realtors I've encountered. * Has a trusted network of professionals for every stage of homeownership, from lenders and inspectors to plumbers and contractors. * Put so much care and effort into helping me find the right home that at times it felt as though she were helping her own son. I honestly can't imagine working with another realtor in the future, and I would have a hard time finding someone as capable, knowledgeable, and dedicated as Stacia. Several of my friends who recently purchased homes have told me they wish they had a realtor like Stacia after hearing about my experience. If you're looking for a realtor in DFW, I can't recommend her highly enough.

Longer version - I have purchased several homes in different parts of America so I came into the Dallas area with specific expectations and price points for a new home. Barbara listened to my needs and interests (many realtors do not listen) and provided great guidance at every step of the process. Barbara is extremely helpful, knows the market inside/out and is very easy to work with. Barbara cared more about my needs and expectations than simply selling a house. Barbara also provided great guidance with other services like a house inspector, handyman and loan agency. Barbara Arredondo has my highest possible endorsement. She is simply the best.

For the past 3 years I have been purchasing and renovating homes in the Ferris community. Even though I am a broker with local MLS access I have chose to use Don Baker to sell the past 4 homes I have renovated in the community. The reason is simple, Don understands the local market like no other broker I have meet. With each sale he has taken his time to help me not just sell the house quickly but for the highest price possible. Each sale has had it's issues arise and each time Don has stepped up to help us solve to issue quickly. I intend to continue to use Don as my agent.
