One renter lived there for nearly a year all the while stealing electricity after rigging the connection some way. The renter after that...well I won't get into details but I will say that I doubt they were legal citizens. They also abandoned two dogs in the yard when they moved out. All the while I placed call after call to them about their renters and their doings. To no avail. They rarely even return phone calls. Slumlords....Slumlords.
