Today I went to Hagel given that they have a pretty complete collection of my favourite nail…read morepolish. It is not cheap nail polish and every time I buy some I end up spending a bit of money to get the shades I like. As I was there today I was wearing a wintercoat with pretty wide sleeves and while looking at the polish a small plastic bottle felt down. I would have expected an employee coming to help and saying something like " Don't worry, it doesn't matter, nothing broke" but instead, one of the ladies (none of which came to help me looking for the colours I was looking) screamed Scheisse! as she pushed me to the side while handling the bottle of conditioner I had picked up already anyway. This treatment is very disrespectful, especially for a client that left there 80 Euro worth of nail polish. Will look for a new place to get my polish now.

Great selection of hair products. They have DAX WAX here (the red & green ones were available when…read moreI was last there) as well as Black & White pomade, which is the only place I've been able to find them in Hamburg so far (they didn't have them at the other Hagel branches either). Prices seem mid-range to me.
