Both dentists saw us to make sure they were in agreement and that I understood exactly what was truly needed and why. Turns out I really didn't need all the work the chain dentist office said I did. The staff was amazing and the dentists very knowledgeable. Dr. Hanna even said to call him at home, if needed. This was by far the best dentist visit I have ever had. I will definitely come back and refer all my friends to this practice. I would give it a ten-star rating if it was available.

The first few years we were there was good but mostly when we had insurance or the self pay with their instagrin program. Once we got on Medicaid it for sure went down hill. Then I got the news there were no longer going to accept it so they wanted to get her cleaning in and be done with her. The last cleaning appt was so quick, wondered if they even cleaned anything. They sent her out with her little bag and no figure appt made. Didn't asked if we wanted to possibly self pay or buy their plan. They were just done with her. Well now we have dental insurance again so I guess I'll look for a new dentist since they apparently didn't care about keeping her since she was a poor Medicaid kid for a year or two.

Pros: Efficient and able to get in quickly. Warm and welcoming staff. Cons: my lip got all "chewed" up from them using the tools and hands while working on my tooth. instead of making sure my numb lip was out of the way it own feels like I have a canker sore. One time did reach up to move my lip to get from being pushed on my teeth. The dentist got my new CEREC tooth all settled, while the tech finished it off he left. when the assistant was ready to get me check out up front I asked if they were going to check to see if the bite was correct? They forgot. She did it and it was perfect. I get that I got fit it, but please still take the time to care for the person mouth, now it feels like I have a canker sore and don't forget the protocol for placing a new crown. Otherwise, I would be back wasting both our time getting it done right.

The hedges in front of this place hadn't been cut back in a long time. It looked spooky! I was quite impressed and surprised once I got inside. Everyone was in a great and helpful mood. That put me at ease for sure! The hygienist that cleaned my teeth and performed my dental x-rays was super and has a fantastic personality! She gladly listened to me and acted on a request or two of mine. The doctor was super intelligent! He had all the right answers to my questions! I like him a lot! I was given information by Dr. Bryant and made my own decisions based on our discussion. As a matter of fact, I like everyone here a lot! Just goes to show that the old saying: You can't judge a book by its cover is true!

And when the lady got back on the phone she told me after 2 missed appts we were dismissed and that it's policy. Like school children. Dismissed. I asked when was the first bc I didn't remember ever not showing up. She said last year in March. Last year?!? Really......And the dogs Is it even sanitary to have dogs in a medical practice.
