Tips: Galettes is made out of buckwheat and it's the salty version of Crêpe. Crêpe is the sweet pancake made out of flour, butter, eggs and sugar. We ordered the standard one, Scallops Galette, Mushroom with cheese one and the most delicious one is Andouille!! *Andouille is the French Brittany local made sausage and its made out of pig intestine. Check out their restroom as our French friend told us that's where they kept the Prisoners in 16 Century.

Leaving this charming little restaurant without tasting the crêpe caramel beurre salé (salted caramel butter) is a punishable offence. On warm days you might want to opt for patio seating overlooking the picturesque little port of Sauzon.
