Unfortunately, due to price hikes I am stuck with my local Walmart. Don't get me wrong the prices are great, the inventory is well stocked, store is clean. My problem is the staff. Not all the staff there are some that are great, but the ones that aren't make it hard to want to shop there. I am a very opinionated person and it is hard to overlook the employees lacking good or even mediocre customer service. The change in some of the employees that have been there forever is hard to watch. I can see they no longer like their jobs and that the customers get on their nerves. It's just hard to watch this business go down hill the way it has. Maybe management could ask their employees from time to time how to make their jobs more enjoyable.
