I spoke with the store owner on a number of occasions - he just kept fobbing me off with promises of cost price screen replacements/then saying he was still waiting for stock etc. I eventually took it to Apple for a screen replacement - Apple diagnosed my phone and confirmed that all the issues I had been having were due to the screen however, I could not replace my screen as whoever previously 'fixed' my screen had damaged the pins! A small saving ended up costing me hundreds!

After giving them the device to repair for the second time, it took them days to fix and lied about posting the iPad to me for 4 days. Once I received the iPad none of the faults had been repaired, so I demanded a refund. I only received the money 29 days after giving the iPad back. Complete lack of remorse, care or attention to detail with iFixed. I would urge anyone to not trust this company to fix your devices.

Overcharged and Refused to refund the difference…read more I had battery replaced on my S6, I arranged a date and time only to find on arrival they had forgotten to order the part. A part was sourced from stock which after an hour was found to be faulty and I was asked to return next day. I returned and the repair was completed, when I went to pay it was £10 more than advertised on website. I thought I had made a mistake but, checked later to find I had been overcharged. I requested a refund but, after several emails it was made clear that no refund was going to happen. Its a real shame as the repair work was really good and the engineer seemed ok. If you are thinking of using this company check they have ordered parts and also make sure you confirm the final price in advance as they will try and overcharge you if they can get away with it. I knew that and fully expected to pay for the repair. Asked if they could please send it off again for a quote for repair. A month later and several phone calls to the shop, the phone was still in the shop and hadn't been sent for away for a quote to be repaired. The staff in this shop couldn't give a damn. Totally useless. Avoid this shop, go somewhere else.

Then but a new phone that has a fault with the battery that didnt show till I charged it took it ba k and they say there is no fault after they had it a 50% get outside the shop and it dies take it to another cex and they notice the fault straight way I tell the wgc store this and they still claim there is no fault this is the worst shop I have ever been too I would not recommend anyone buy any elecrical items as we had the same problem with a tablet we brought from there they say there is no serial number on it so they can't take it although I only brought it from this store a week before hand I will not be returning to the wgc store as they don't know what they are doing
