Unfortunately I didn't have a pleasant experience with brand-lab.They kept my laptop for a while,…read moreto get any updates I had to chase them via email.Ive lost the time to repair my device in another service shop as they took too long to even diagnose it.They didn't even inform me that they cannot fix it, I had to send an email a few days after the "repair" started and only after that they said "we couldn't, so we are sending it back today" , I wonder how many days it would've taken them to inform me that they won't repair it if I hadn't chased them.no tracking number provided for the return-nothing, emailing them again.I truly believe them wasting my time instead of saying "hey, sorry if you need an urgent diagnosis(they claim they provide same same diagnosis-took 3 days) we unfortunately cannot provide it so use another repair service" is the reason the laptop with water damage is not repairable anymore.I don't recommend them if you need something urgent(sending the box and shipping label to post the laptop took 3 days(you pay for this service), water damage diagnostic took 3 days).They had my laptop in their shop for while, I'll also be taking it the Genius Bar to see if they have replaced any of the original parts inside the laptop.
