It was either going to take over a week to see me, or they wouldn't repair windows that they didn't install. I found Hockessin Homeworks here, and even though they didn't have any reviews I decided to give them a try. I'm very glad I did. They stopped by the same day, took a look at the window and told me that they thought they could squeeze the job in before the end of the day. Sure enough, they were able to get the rotted wood replaced and the trim put back on & sealed within a few hours. The price was very reasonable. I will 100% be calling them again for repair needs.

The orginal set up time with them upon calling was a month out, then when you call home depot suddenly they can come quickly, the next part was not there fault it was home depot that the correct bathroom cabinets did not come. East Coast said they would be back 2 weeks later, well that came and went and then all of the sudden it was another week until they can come, the day before they were supposed to be here they call and can not come for atleast another week, meanwhile we had scheduled electricians, plumbers, carpet installation and furniture deliveries as well as granite to be measured. On top of there poor scheduling the work that they did do was not great, many cabinets were missing slow close, there seems were definetly far from flawless under side of cabinets was not finished, we were left with a ton of extra trim, and they put down cabinet trim by floor before our floor was done. This is a multimillion dollar house with installers that work and act they just stepped out of the trailer park. If you order your cabinets through home depot make sure to find out who is doing installation and do some research!!
