They said the waiver was in case they melted the garment. I wore it a few times, washed it only twice -on delicate- never used the dryer. When I pulled it out of the washer, ALL the letters had fallen off. When I took it to the store, they said that since I signed a waiver, and it had been a few months, the best they would offer was to reprint it for $20. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice? No. Never going back there. P.s.- Out of curiosity I contacted another location, and they said they would have handled this much differently.

Initially, the company was quick to respond to my inquiry and advised they would send an estimate later that same day. I didn't receive it, but I know that things happen and gave them a few days. I still didn't hear anything, so I responded to the email sent to me. Waited a few more days then followed up with an email and a phone call. No reply as of yet and the request was made in mid-September. Needless to say, I decided to use another local printing company for our needs.
