I've been here twice - once for myself and once for my dad - both for TSA reasons. I've always walked in and been immediately helped. I'm in & out within 20-30 mins. The people here that I've interacted​ with are friendly and the location is great. I think they also close 12 pm - 1 pm for lunch. Big parking lot and easy to find office (3rd floor, #3700). It's always been a quick in & out process for me. I usually receive my letter within 2 weeks as well. I definitely prefer this than SFO because of traffic and parking. I was skeptical at first because of all the warnings about how long it would take for the appointment and to get my number. Arrived early just in case. But WHAT??!!??....my appointment was right on time and took maybe 7-9 minutes (total)!! And I got my Known Traveler Number (KTN) THE NEXT DAY!!! Easy Parking (FREE) and at the Executive Park Location there are the wonderfully friendly and patient Customer Service Agents. **They're very serious about their work but also very-very friendly and full of information. There were some crabby folks in waiting room griping but the staff taking walk-ins when it said on the website that Appointments would be given priority over Walk-ins. However, it wasn't time for their appointment nor mine (as I mentioned, I came early). The Staff handled the crabby folks so professionally, that they were ashamed to have complained about nothing. Was able to snag an appointment the day before! The last time I had checked, they didn't have any dates available on my days off. I never looked into the perks of being a platinum member on Orbitz and only recently found out that I could get TSA Pre-check for free! They waive the $85 fee with a one-time promo code via Orbitz. No need to remove my shoes, jackets, liquids, laptop, etc. I used to always get TSA Pre-Check randomly on my plane tickets, but now I'm always gonna have it and skip the regular long security checkpoint line! Can't wait for a stress-free check-in line on my next trip (psst... going to South Korea in the summer!) I also didn't realize how close this location was to my house. It was less than ten minutes away and there was plenty of parking available. A little bit of a wait after my scheduled appointment time, but the whole process was so quick. I was out in less than ten minutes. Brought in my passport and id, was asked a few questions, and got my fingerprint taken. Came in for a TSA Pre-check appointment which was scheduled just two days prior. Got into the office ten minutes late (i know..) and was politely greeted by the nice man in the front (forgot name sorry!), who also helped me get started in the registration. Jessica helped me finalize everything and the whole process took literally no more than 5-10 minutes. Walk-in, walk-out, done. Jessica was also very informative about the post-process, I didn't even have to ask. She stated that I'd get mailing within 2-4 weeks and if I need TSA number sooner I can check TSA website in 2-3 days and have option to enter on reservation, or modify if already reserved. She answered my questions before I even remembered to ask, thank you! Very friendly staff early in the morning for the type of office, no wait even when late, and highly recommended. Location is also right next to the 101 by Candlestick, so 5-10 minutes from downtown SF or 280. Also LPT: Book 12-hotel stays in a year using Orbitz for comp TSA Pre-check voucher. Everyone here had a very standoffish attitude and made me feel super uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand that not everyone likes their jobs but I was in here for 10-15 minutes and watched all the employees get frustrated and hostile with people who were just doing their best to try and understand what to do when they showed up for their appointment. I watched the employees get upset and frustrated with multiple different individuals who seemed to have language barriers and that's sad. I understand people have bad days at work but that doesn't mean you have to treat everyone you come into contact with in contempt. I filled out an application online for TSA PreCheck in mid-June and I was able to get an appointment here for the next day! I almost missed my appointment because of an accident on 101N, but I managed to get there with a few seconds to spare. I warned the agent that they will have latecomers because of the accident. The friendly agent took me in right away and he proceeded to go through my application with me, just to double check that all the information in the application is correct. He took my fingerprints (all fingers) and I was pretty much done in about 10 minutes. He gave me my receipt and told me how to check the status of my application online. He told me that some people get approved within 3-5 business days. Not me though! Got mine almost a month later. That's not under Identogo's control though. I would recommend this place for your TSA PreCheck interview. It's easy to get in and out of this place and you won't have to deal with airport traffic! read more

You can also do walking, and you wouldn't need to wait long, because you'd be in and out around 5 min. Make sure you're looking decent, because you're getting your photo taken. I decided to finally get a TSA Pre, and this location at 150 Executive Pkwy, in San Francisco is amazing. Technically, it's on the south eastern boarder of San Francisco & Brisbane (very close to the old Candlestick Park). I did the walk-in service and the staff was very polite & efficient. If you are in the need for TSA Pre fingerprinting or even Passport Photos, this is the place you NEED TO VISIT. They have set the "BARR" very high, and could teach many businesses a thing or two. I chose this location because the appointments were available about a week out while the TSA locations were out 3 weeks. I made the appointment on 6/29 for 7/7/21. Applied on 7/7/21 and was assured that I'd receive the TSA letter in 10 business days or less. It is 8/3 and I'm still waiting. My family members made their appointments direct with TSA at SFO international terminal. While they had to schedule out 3 weeks for 7/19 they received their KTN by 7/30. There we no lines at TSA SFO while I had a 20 min wait (with an appointment) at Identogo. Skip the 3rd party and go directly to TSA. read more

I filled out the online registration form, set my appointment, and showed up on time. But I didn't bring a print-out of the form. When I asked the person at the desk for help, they said to go print it out and come back. There was a functional printer right there on the desk, but the staff said it was for pre-check. What's the difference? I don't know or care. I told them I would pay them to print it out. Non-starter. Did they have any blank forms available? No, of course not. Bottom line: poor customer service. Try to help your customer rather than act like your hands are tied. Don't foist your problems of an antiquated system onto the customer. Or hey, at least have the foresight to have some hardcopies available. I took my business elsewhere, and won't ever go to Iindentigo. read more

The one star rating is generous. My son had a similar experience to that posted by Thom W. Must be the same lady at the front desk - purple lines and spots in her hair. If you see her, just get in your car and drive to a different Identogo location. Save yourself the pain of dealing with a rude, unprofessional employee. She was power tripping on anyone with a cell phone in their hand (not just talking but simply looking at their phones). My son asked a simple question about the use of TSA Pre. Unhappy with this, the woman canceled the application, made my son wait an hour, and then disappeared. Finally another employee came out and handled the application. read more

I'm truly shocked by the service. I came here to get my TSA Precheck. The email confirmation describes the building and entrance and which direction to turn from the elevator and how far down the suite is. It was perfect. I was expecting traffic and got there roughly 20 minutes early. A friendly girl came and confirmed my information and immediately took me to the back where I confirmed my information, did my prints and photo. She was friendly and professional and answered all my questions. The whole process took maybe 5 minutes. Thank goodness I chose this place over the airport! Truly shocked and impressed. Staff was friendly and efficient, explained what to expect after they submitted my information, and within less than 10 minutes I was on my way. I was in the neighborhood around 7:30am, and I decided to drop in two hours early for the appointment. Since they open at 7:30 the place was empty and the agent was happy to take care of me. The website and office is not helpful at all. It clearly states on the website that certain locations do not require an appointment. So I go on their website and it only shows the Southern California location (Glendale CA). No where does it show SF on their map. Kind of odd, so I then called their telephone number and was put on hold for 20 minutes and after speaking to a representative I was transferred to another resource, but the number they transferred me to was closed for the day!! Had a 10:00am appointment for a TSA Pre-check application. Showed at 9:50am (never hurts to be early) and was promptly & warmly greeted by the staff. Went straight in for fingerprints, a few basic questions and payment. The gentleman walking me through the process was in good spirits and had a smile on his face throughout. Was out of the building by 10:00am. Wow... that's efficiency. If I could offer any practical advice... show a bit early to ensure you can snag parking. Horrible experience. My wife tried to get us in for a walk-in appointment for a TSA pre-check at 10am on Thursday 5/30/19. The actual appointments only take 5 minutes and there weren't that many people there. So it didn't seem like it would take that long. We waited for everyone else to finish, then when it was our turn, some new people walked in and since they had appointments they were seen first, okay fine no big deal. However, this kept happening for over an hour. Finally at 11:10 we are next in line and a guy walks in for his 11:20 appointment and she again sees him first even though there was a free window of 10 minutes. I finally realized that this would just keep happening and that the lady in charge was going to make no effort to squeeze us in as long as there was anyone there at all who had an appointment within any period of time. This front lady was completely inconsiderate of our time and made no effort to warn us about the wait or squeeze us in in between other people's appointment. Very unprofessional and rude. Horrible horrible customer experience! I got my license for life insurance and was required to take my fingerprints. Since this was the closest location, I figured I'd book it here. Called the number and booked a 3:50p appointment on Tuesday with an agent. Waited for an hr so I wouldn't have to drive twice since my test was already in the same building. Checked in and was told the guy who does the fingerprints was gone for the day and he didn't have anyone on his list!! I said well can I rebook? The lady said you have to call the number back where you initially booked with. I guess these places dont want to be bothered with calls. Anyway, I called Identogo again and told them what happened but the previous rep never logged the call. Rebooked for 3p on Wednesday. Walked in, the lady and guy were just chatting away and no one ever offered assistance. I saw 2 other people waiting. I got up and walked to the window and they said they will help me when their done. I said, I need to make sure the person for fingerprints is here today. The guy raised his hand. So I sat my happy ass back down. Now it's 3:30p and another lady walks in. She's instantly helped. They then said that there machine was broken and was waiting on hold for a technician to help. So they go back to talking and then decide to come back out to say it's the credit card machine that's not working. So all this time we could have had our fingerprints taken!! They finally helped one of the people waiting. Still didn't bother to ask me what time my appointment was. Another gentleman walked in and the lady helped him right away. If you can avoid this place do it! It might be worth your time traveling the extra distance. read more

The staff was fairly friendly but I had a big issue. The day after I went there and gave them my credit card physically to hold (she asked for my passport and method of payment) while I took my picture and signed a form. The next morning I woke up to two large fraudulent credit card charges made for online purchases (Verizon and Deckers). I hate to falsely accuse someone but this is a hell of a coincidence. A good rule of thumb is to always watch what people do with your cards if you do have to hand it to them. I didn't watch to see if the person took a picture of my card or not. Its a small shop. Took them 10 minutes to get to me so they brought me in 10 minutes after my appointment time. Once in the room I was out within 5 minutes. I would have given 4 stars if not for this credit card thing, which again could just be a bad coincidence. read more
