I heard about this product from my business partner in the medical realm. He had nothing but good things to say about it so I thought I would give it a try seeing as I am a real estate broker and I frequently find myself exchanging sensitive information over email. I was blown away at how easy use this software was! From getting it installed on my PC to learning about how easy it was to use, I was pleasantly surprised with the results seeing as I figured that this type of software would be very hard to understand and require a lot of configuration. I did run into a small issue with this ad on occasionally disabling itself and Microsoft outlook, so I went ahead and called their technical support line to get some assistance. I worked with a gentleman, I believe his name was Romeo, and he was very patient and helping me figure out how to get back up and running again. I spend no more than five minutes on the phone, and he even call me back three days later to check and see if the software was still working! If you have a need to protect your sensitive data between you and your clients or if you're simply just unsure about the open Internet, give me his guys a try. I am an health insurance agent & subscribed to Identillect over a year ago. I have been very happy with their service & actually recommended it to others in the agency where I work who have also subscribed. It is essential for us to be able to keep our clients personal information safe & secure. I have had a couple of technical issues over the past year that were quickly resolve with a call to their support line. One was my fault the other was due to new software. Most recently I had to purchase a new computer that came with Office 2016. Identillect was not compatible so I called to find out how to make it work. Their software had not yet been designed for the new operating system but they told me that they were working on it & would notify me as soon they had resolved the issue. I figured that I would be waiting for several months but in only took just over two weeks. I am not a technical person when it comes to computer but I have to say that they have made this so easy for me. Met this company over a month ago at the LA Accounting show and though the product was interesting and requested a demo. A few days later I had a webinar with one of the sales guys and was impressed with the product. I signed up for a month to month subscription, but just changed to a yearly subscriber as I was given a discount for a year purchase. Its pretty easy to use and my clients have no issues opening the encrypted messages and / or replying to them. I had never heard of this company before, but after using the product for over a month, i'm impressed. My 4 star rating is only because my office only utilizes web mail and not Outlook, so I am unable to rate the Outlook plugin. read more

I was told about Delivery Trust by a colleague of mine and decided to start using the product to send secure emails. I have not tried their Plugin (Outlook) but am happy so far with their website.  Aside from all emails that I send from their website being encrypted, I also like some other options they provide, one of which is the the ability to take back an email that I already sent (perhaps as a mistake or to the wrong recipient).  I plan on trying their Android application soon.
