This family is thorough and professional. If you're looking for a good and honest location to recieve and send mail make sure you give them a shot. They are new here so don't be foolish and allow the previous owners and what you read to put a bad taste in your mouth.

Hired this company for minimal work on an outside patio. I was extremely disappointed with the…read morequality of service and expressed my honest opinion with the owner. Immediately he resorted to hostile threats instead of resolving the issue in a civil manner. He claimed to not be making money on "his deal." Instead of addressing my concerns he acted as though I was scamming him although it seems that his operation is a scam on its own. I would not recommend this company as even his estimate was significantly higher than others.

You…read moredecide if you would like to do business with someone that speaks to their customers how Damien has responded to my review. SECOND UPDATE: The owner has now modified his response twice, not only to correct his grammar but try to clean up his response and attempt to make it more professional. But at the end of the day, the entire interaction and all his responses still remain extremely unprofessional. I just purchased a new home and I'm doing renovations. I had some construction debris/junk that needs to be thrown out. I hired the Junk Squad to come out and pick it up. They were supposed to arrive at 12pm and after calling and texting the supposed owner Damien multiple times, he finally said his driver would be here at 1:15. I told him how unprofessional the interaction had been and he got offended and decided not to do the work he was hired for. Most of the conversation was through text so o have proof of the terrible service. When I called the 1800 number to complain to the owner, Damian answered and was incredibly rude and disrespectful over the phone and hung up on me. I don't know if he's the owner or not but I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. So buyer beware and don't hire the Junk Squad.

As someone who does not trust contractors from our prior experience Restoration USA has…read moredefinitely turned our opinion around of what a good contractor should be. I am talking about John who is amazing and has great follow up. Our work with Restoration was finished in January and we were very happy with the results. There was just one thing that was fixed but really was not and I called John several months later and he came over and try to adjust it and realized it was going to be a bit more work. John sent over Alex who just started with the company( by the way he is awesome) fixed the issue with the closet door we were having. It was not a simple fix and Alex really worked at it until it was done correctly. To me that is what a great contractor should be even after the work is done you can call them after the job is finished and something was not done to your satisfaction that they will continue to support you which Restoration(John did) that builds trust and if we ever needed anything done I would not have any hesitation in calling Restoration besides I have John number on speed dial. Great people and company.
