Not recommended. Their Botox appears to be heavily diluted. I received 60 units for glabella and crow's feet, and the results lasted less than a month and a half. I don't know how this business is still open after many reviews stated the same thing about the scam they do to customers of membership renewal. I contacted customer service right after my account was billed for a membership renewal, and I was assured that the membership would be canceled and a refund would be issued. I didn't think that I need to save proof of speaking with someone when I'm certain I did they said they don't have records of me calling! I filed a dispute Two months later I received a denial letter, stating that they would still charge me for the unused membership renewal of $300. Even though I was never happy with their Coolsculpting I did over a year ago on my neck. The place was understaffed they had machine issues and it was so hard to book appointments. They seem determined to take your money without justification. My recommendation is to never store your credit card details with them, as it seems they are only interested in taking your money and resolving issues with them is virtually impossible. You'll end up wasting your hard-earned money. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, showing little loyalty to their customers. If your card is stored in their system, be prepared for unexpected charges for their services, which are not worth the cost. read more

I visited in mid October for lip filler. 8 days out I went to see a cosmetic surgeon because my lips were still so firm I was having trouble drinking without liquids dribbling out or even forming words properly. After seeing the surgeon, he advised me that the lip filler needed to be removed. So, 8 days after spending $1,300 at Ideal Image, I had to pay someone else another $1,080 to remove what they did. I do not feel that their "nurse injectors" are trained properly and certainly did not trust them to go back to fix what they did in the first place. I also reached out to the office the day after seeing the cosmetic surgeon to discuss my experience and get more information on the training of their staff. Since it was a Friday afternoon, I was told that I would receive a call back the following Monday or Tuesday by Alicia or Erin. It has now been almost two weeks with no return phone call and I have reached out to them again with no response. I will be contacting the BBB and an attorney about Ideal Image. No one should have to pay good money to go through the experience I had. read more

Had underarm laser, hair removal done many years ago here. It's not permanent. I still have about 15-20% hair growth. I still have to go back for $50 touchups and still shave. There should be no such thing as touchups, if it's permanent. And I should never have to use a razor again. That was the point of getting laser hair removal done in the first place! This is an expensive procedure and was a ripoff. They claim the treatment or results are guaranteed; however, you still have to pay $50 for a touchups. ?? if I need a touchup, then it's not permanent and something is not right and on top of that it shouldn't cost me another penny. Be very wary of this company and its "Membership." Last September, I joined the VIP Membership for 250.00 dollars. This "benefit" gave me discount was discounted prices on services. However, this October, I found a 250 dollar charge on my credit card that I did not authorize. When, I called Ideal Image, inquiring about the charge, I was told when I signed the orginal contract, there was "an automatic renewal fee." I requested to have it removed since I was not notified beforehand of this charge. I no longer wanted to use their services. Marian, informed me (rudely) that I had not notified them within 30 days of the charge. I told Marian that the company had charged my credit card on September 3, 2002 ,but I did not receive the credit card bill until October 5th in the mail. Further, I tried to call, but they were closed over the weekend. I informed Marian of these facts, however, she stated, "There is nothing I can do, it's in the system." I went in for a laser hair removal consultation for the armpit area and they told me it would be $393 for ONE SESSION... normally it ranges from $120-200 a session. As a physician, I cannot recommend any patient choose this provider. They had insufficient early pandemic protocols, and cancelled my account (extremely costly) for not coming during the pandemic. They are not safe for lactating or postpartum care, and I say this as being board certified in this area. Tyhe answered all my questions and were clearly experienced dealing with clients of all knowledge levels. I came in for a free consultation for laser hair removal. The sales women blatantly lied to me. I've had the procedure before but recently moved to the area and was looking to finish my set. The cost with the discount was more than triple what I've paid before. The women lied to me on several occasions. She asked for my social security number to see if I would be allowed to pay in installments. I gave it to her. She then handed asked me to sign a release authorizing her to check my credit. I read the "release" which was actually an application for a credit card. I told her I refused to sign it because I had no interest in a credit card. I left very frustrated by the blatant lies and disrespect only to find an ideal image credit card in my mailbox three weeks later. The woman forged my name!!! I'm pursuing legal action as we speak. Also, their laser is not the most advanced. It's just capable of doing multiple skin tones. If you have fair skin and dark hair, you can groupon a normal place for $150 for all 6 sessions of a small area. read more
