This review is for Kelly P. McNulty, PA-C and April Kauffman, Aesthetician…read more I recently had VBeam laser treatments and sclerotherapy with Kelly and April, her highly efficient assistant. Kelly is very detail oriented and does not give up until she has eliminated skin redness and unwanted veins. She is very knowledgeable and highly skilled at what she does, and she explains everything to you step by step as she treats your skin. I only experienced some mild redness and swelling for a few days after each treatment. It was well worth it. If facial redness or leg veins are bothering you, you should make an appointment to see Kelly and April. They will not only do away with them, they will also brighten your day with their positive attitudes. I highly recommend Cosmetic Dermatology Center.

I've been here a few times because I had a hefty half gift card and was never thrilled with my…read moreservices. First I had a basic deep tissue massage which was nice, I believe it included an aromatherapy oil for the foot massage too. She worked out my knots and it felt nice. Second, I was pregnant and made an appointment for a pregnancy massage (around 8 months preggo). The girl asked what I wanted and I had to tell her I was pregnant and wanted a pregnancy massage. Hello? wasn't it obvious. There was a lack of communication there. Recently I finished my gift card receiving a microderm for myself and my sister, both of our first time. When we arrived the doc who does these procedures didn't know he had 2 services to do (it was for 4:30) and seemed a little ticked off about that. He came in and out, and seemed to rush through it. The microderm did absolutely nothing to my skin or my sister's skin. we had the oxygenation serum, at the doc's recommendation, and I did not notice anything from that as well. We left with greasy, oily skin that had serum all over it and was so uncomfortable that I came home and washed my face to get it off. Now that my gift card is all gone, I will go some where else for my spa experiences

I was turning 40 and wanted to do a few things for myself. I wasn't quite sure if I wanted to take…read morethe plunge and actually try anything. I had seen a few ads for this place but didn't think much about it at first. Last summer I was out with a few of my friends for a ladies night out and came to the realization that a lot of my friends were doing things to keep themselves looking younger. One of my friends, in fact was a client at Vive. I made an appointment to see Dr. Yee. They charge a nominal consultation fee that is used towards any treatments with which you decide to go forward. I got a consult at another place a couple and they got me quite scared. They said we would inject this for you, zap that for you etc. Honestly, I was chicken just expecting the just just get the consultation. My experience at Vive, however, was the exact opposite. Dr. Yee took the time to discuss in detail the options that were available to me, including those that were not offered at Vive. The differences in the treatments, the results to expect, what to expect during and after were all thoroughly explained in detail. I felt very reassured about what I was doing. I decided to try some Dysport to treat some frown lines. I was told it could take up to two weeks to get the full effect. But nonetheless, if I had any questions or concerns to call the office at any time. I was offered an appointment for a check up at two weeks, which I took. I thought the results looked great, but Dr. Yee gave me a small touchup at no charge. He felt that this would optimize the result and have it perhaps last longer. I absolutely love my results and will return at the three to four month point for another treatment!

She always made me feel comfortable and welcome, but her one weakness was lack of communication. She would often not email or text back when I requested an appointment, and when I brought this up with the owner, she acknowledged it had been a problem. Recently I wanted to move ahead with an expensive laser hair removal session. After three weeks, I finally emailed the owner Jill to complain and let her know she had lost a customer. She didn't have the courtesy to respond. Needless to say, I am happy to spend my money on such a luxury service elsewhere. Oh well.

From the time she checked in at arrival to her being ready for surgery the staff was informative and professional. Amanda her nurse could not have been any sweeter. Recovery was smooth and discharge was a breeze. Great location and wonderful staff.

It took repeated treatments over many months to get rid of, so out of consideration and not wanting to infect others I was not able to schedule my second surgery. Finally I was able to schedule it and right before the surgery my daughter suddenly passed away from cancer. I canceled the surgery and would have rescheduled it. I think your child dying is a reason to temporarily cancel scheduled surgery for a cataract. But this Dr. Benz called me screaming at me that I canceled the surgery, never asked me why and told me not to come back that he was sick of me. Thank you Dr. BENZ and Eyes of York for your brutality, lack of decency, I guess greed comes before even the death of your child.
