This is the place to bank at. First off, the service you get from the bankers at Lake Elmo Bank is…read moreunparalleled. If I were to walk into one of the big name banks, I would not be able to do what I can here. Secondly, the bankers are very knowledgeable, and respond to emails and calls very quickly, unlike other banks I have worked with, that have me waiting days and days for a response. Thirdly, I love how this bank has a great online banking system, just like all the big banks do; but while maintaining a small bank-client relationship. Some asshat stole my purse and I immediately notified all my card companies. Visa, Amex immediately overnighted replacements to the hotel, no charge. My primary debit card is through Lake Elmo - they took the longest and charged me a fee. Grrrrrr. Maybe I'm being unreasonable but it ticked me off and I want to move on to a bank who will love me a little. Any suggestions....send 'em my way.
