We are a small team of focused individuals who are passionate about cleaning, hygiene, and setting standards. Our other passion is training and the development of people.
From our base in Ireland we have been providing training and support to cleaning & facilities services companies across 3 continents for the past 20 years.

Meet the Business Owner: James C.
James Cleary
Co-Founder and CEO
James is passionate about education in the cleaning industry and helping people to meet their full potential.
With a family background in the industry dating back to the early 1970's, James has experienced every aspect of this diverse industry. James worked along side his father, Joe Cleary, for many years in the family business before opening his own facilities management business, Hyco Facilities Services.
James first got involved in training at an early stage, developing and delivering training courses for his own staff, before establishing Cleaning and Hygiene Training Ireland. It was through this training company that the idea of a global institute to design, develop and deliver training to front line cleaners was born.
James has traveled extensively throughout the world speaking about cleaning, helping companies to develop quality control plans and delivering training. James is also a regular contributor to various trade magazines and publications
